要在30岁前做的事

由于每一年我都会去Lab做全身身体检查(Pap Smear已在去年搞定了),今年却迟了整大半年,趁着这趟回马就干脆一次过搞定,看看今年的身体状况如何!是否有进步,还是退步了,正所谓预防胜于治疗,要时时注意自己的身体状况。幸好有做身体检查的习惯,在好几年前的检查报告当中知道我是个遗传性地中海轻微贫血者,所以我的伴侣是不能有这相同的病征,否则后果会是很严重的!不能生孩子!因为这样会影响下一代! 就是说两夫妻都是地中海轻微贫血症者生出来的孩子100%是个严重性地中海贫血者,也就是有血癌的孩子,寿命是不长久的!吓死我了!最庆幸地就是我的老板不是地中海贫血者,真的是 阿弥陀佛!感恩!所以时时了解自己的身体状况真的很重要,要定时检查身体。生抽血打针一直以来是我最怕最抗拒的事,但为了健康没办法唯有被迫就范!(有被抢指着的感觉)我这种弱底贫血的家伙和捐血永远都画不上钩!>.< 人家说财多身子弱,可是我财没有,(木材)材就有很多!为何最近总是那么多事呢,又牙痛又泻肚子不舒服什么的!回马抽血做检查的时候,那位工作人员说你是不是没吃肉啊?瘦到这样好像营养不良这样!? Photobucket 心想,人家现在已经有吃多了,也胖了,有这么夸张咩!?

一直以来我的血根不是普通的小,而且血液流得很慢(自己又懒惰没运动!),她又说:“倘若每天都有几个好像你这样的顾客,我 们的腰不直都不行啦!” 哈哈哈!坦白说,这只是纯粹开玩笑的交谈,我也没有生气,而且笑到还蛮大声的那个!哈哈哈!我也知道以我158cm的身高的标准体重其实要47-48kg方为到达标准,但我每次都不及格,幸好自过来了澳洲生活就有稍微加重。以前最瘦的时候才40kg,好像白粉妹那样超难看的!(那时候工作及生活压力挺大的)现在慢慢地有进步从42kg 增到44-45kg ! 也就是说有胖了2-3Kg咯 ! 上个月的智慧牙发炎后我的体重又再次下降到42Kg了!>.< 嗨。。。老板说倘若你再瘦就真的要去儿童部买衣服咯!>.<  我的脸型天生就属于四方脸的,所以想要美美的瓜子脸蛋更本就是天荒夜谭的事,最瘦时段顶多是脸瘦一点罢了,稍微张一点点的肉就会出现在脸蛋及看不见的地方,感觉好讨厌哦!*胖*的时候脸是圆形的!走不掉!哭!>.< 除非学人家去整容削骨!No no no.....

嗯,这次的检查配套多了耳部听觉检查,但感觉价格却涨了好多,记得之前价格好像没那么高的,这次选了这个RM650大洋的配套,倘若你说不心痛是假的,但为了健康这些钱是省不了的,顶多少买些衣服鞋子包包!当然还有更更详细的配套,那个要千多块,超出我的Budget很多,还好这个基本的都在内,就拿这个吧!呵呵!


检验报告的结果是,贫血是走不掉的,坏的胆固醇还是超标(比之前低了一点点),钙质很不够,然后吹管子的肺部功能检查也Failed到厉害!气不足!吹了好几次都和标点有很大的距离!吹到我头晕!投降!@.@ 其他的都还可以。呵呵。。。废话说了这么多,今天的重点来了!工作人员告诉我倘若要补充钙质一定要在30岁之前啊,就是说要赶快啊!30岁后就补不回的啦!只可以保持!朋友们你身体够钙质吗?钙质不够的朋友请尽早行动咯!不要错失补钙的黄金机会!我才27岁(有时候觉得自己心态老料>.<)钙质都已经不够了,万一下次怀孕及老了那不是更糟糕!骨头脆掉咯!?还有3年时间可以补救叻!想到就怕怕!所以啊那天告诉了老板,现在这两罐营养品就是我的好朋友咯,因为我这个怪胎是不喝牛奶的,不喜欢奶味的食物饮料还有喝了会肚子痛!所以。。。。。

有些人想减肥,有的人要增肥,老天你可以Balance一下大家的体重嘛!懊恼耶!当然每个人心目中所谓的标准身材都不一,无论是否达标,最重要是健康,病痛远离然后再往计划跟进努力!祝大家安康!

    我也懂你有吃,也有吃肉了,可能你就天生瘦骨架吧,但是越来越瘦我就会担心的叻!上次见到你时你就已经很瘦小了呀!!!(tapi我还是很羡慕,哈哈哈)

    你一定要好好补充钙质叻,这个牌子不错,我吃着它的鱼油。
    钙质要补好,要不然怀孕时更糟糕 >__< 我想到都怕。

    就是咯!!为什么不能平均分身材呀!!我要瘦不能瘦,你要肥一点都不能!啊!!!!!!=(

      防子宫颈癌针我也还没打,之前问了但有3只针要在半年内打完,所以不可能经常来回打吧!
      所以会考虑在这里打。呵呵。。。XD

    我也时常常贫血,可是喝了很多年的红枣水有改进了~~ 试试看吧:)

    所以 hor ,我很担心影响以后怀孕,听说妈妈身体不好,可能会流产,怕怕…… (X_X)

    真的,照顾健康很重要。

      现在开始搞好身体再计划生宝宝,怀不稳(Touch wood !!!)这一点我也有担心过,所以在努力着保养好身体。但无可否认爸爸妈妈的身体不好会直接影响到孩子的身体,所以最好两个都要调理好,对自己也好对宝宝也好。XD

    我也很赞同要定时检查身体,了解身体状况最好~
    别像我,明知身体弱,讲了很久,结果都是身体有状况了,才去看专科 ><"""

    然后最近也开始买了很多维他命来吃,为了爱美,也为了健康啊哈哈哈~~~

  5. hi Christine, i am sue from melbourne. this is my 1st comment after having followed your blog for some time. you have a great blog and i really enjoy reading it:) since you are sharing about health supplement which is something i have interest in so i thought of sharing something i know of hoping that it can be some help to you.

    firstly, i am not sure how severe is your anemia and whether it is due to iron deficiency in your body?(you can find out from your blood test report). if supposedly yes, then you can consider taking some iron supplement to boost your red blood cell. but do make sure you check with your gp or chemist what is the right dosage for you if you think you need it.

    2ndly, check out the spirulina. personally i find it helpful especially when i have my mensus. it gives me energy and i don't feel so lethargic after taking it.

    another suggestion is bee pollen which is a good source of amino acid. according to the research, it is good for women and it can also help improve the anemic conditions.

    i have personally taken all those supplements except iron. however, if you are allergic to pollen, then it may not be your option.

    since you also mentioned about calcium, do make sure you take it with food in order to prevent the formation of kidney stone. more info can be found from the internet.

    i can only share briefly here thus, i suggest you google it to get a better understanding of each health supplement and see how it can help you and what is suitable for you.

    don't worry, you will have excellent health again as long as you start looking after yourself now and feed your body the right food and necessary nutrients. you will be in the pink of health soon! take care.

      Actually my anemia is "thalassaemia minor" (I did thalassaemia blood test two times) Gp suggested me cannot take high iron food and supplement, it was totally different compare with normal anemia and it cannot be recover in my whole life, just can maintain.hehe...feel so sad about this.

      Spirulina 螺旋藻,i need to find from dictionary just now...hahah...tq ! Bee pollen 花粉,yea i knew this one and it can balance hormon and good for skin right ? I had bought some for my mum last time, hope it works.

      Take Calcium after food, okok ! I'll do some research.Anyway thanks again for ur comment and suggestions.

    2. nice to meet you too Christine! i fully understood every word of your english and they are good so no worries :) in fact i do speak broken english too sometimes or may be all the time which i may not realise...:)

      the chinese character you mentioned above are correct for those supplements. when you mentioned that Bee pollen is good for the skin .. does it ring a bell with me.. absolutely yes!!...:)

      so i have done a little bit of reading about 'thalassaemia minor' to get a better understanding on your situation. i am so sorry to know that you have to bear with it at the moment. i just hope you will be able to find an alternative treatment that will help you lead a quality life.

      below are some suggestions again on the supplements, food or herbs which i came across while doing some research recently which may possibly help improve the "thalassaemia minor" condition. (i do strongly suggest you seek for chemist's advice should you decide to take any of the supplements or herbs i suggested.)

      1) folic acid
      2) B12
      3) molasses
      4) whetagrass or alfalfa
      5) cordyceps

      lastly, raw food and green smoothies. just google them and you will have a clue what they are.

      i have been taking green smoothies regularly for more than a year now and i find it very good. in fact, you can find heaps of recipes on the internet. but for me i just do my simple mix of some vegies and fruits to my liking. nb: vegies are the most important components needed in the smoothies... in my opinion.

      i guess there are quite a fair bit of info for you to digest for now and i hope i have conveyed them clearly so that you can fully understand what i say.

  6. 白粉妹!好想凑你也!你那体重是我6年级时的事情了。。。:((

    我自从和我家老板在一起后就开始了常跑医院做身体检查的日子了,因为我很担心那胖子的健康。结果报告出来往往都是我比较多问题。。。lol

    pap smear我的gynae则建议每半年进行一次。虽然觉得有点骗钱嫌疑,但看到有个长辈的案例,明明才做过pap smear半年却忽然身体不适,再去检查就发现是子宫颈癌后就觉得是应该的。。。

    2. 我之前打完3支1.5k,不过后来有朋友在lab打才400+-,不过有传闻说是快过期的药来的。而且世面上有有两种育苗,要研究过才决定哦。
